I have been an advocate and leader in the field of Mediation since the mid-1980’s. From its initial academic context, to its adoption for use for resolving insurance claims, to its current status as an integral part of Mississippi litigation, I have been involved as an educator, advocate, trainer, and effective neutral.
Because of my experience and insight, I am also frequently retained by attorneys and their clients to provide independent analysis and evaluation of disputed claims that will be presented in either formal litigation or ADR settings. Those cases vary from summary analyses to fuller and more complex mock presentations and evaluations.
